Greater than the sum of its parts.
Jetstart is more than a dragon boat team, it’s a family.
We work hard not for ourselves but for each other and our dedication shines through in our results. Year after year, we have become steadily more competitive even as we have more and more fun.
Our spirit can be infectious and we're proud to boast a long list of friends from all points of the compass. We love making new friends so don't be afraid to stop by the tent and say "Hi!”
We'd like to wish all the other teams a hearty "Good Luck!" and we look forward to seeing you on the water.
JOIN US
Joining Jetstart is like joining another family. We are interested in dedicated individuals who:
have positive attitudes;
are physically active and fit;
have some paddling experience;
can commit to 1-2 practices a week from January to September and 6-8 weekend races during the summer season

ABOUT
Jetstart can trace its history back to 1990. Originally formed as an Air Canada corporate team, Jetstart still has, at its core, a number of Air Canada employees. Over time, other members have joined the team from numerous other fields such as health care, finance, engineering and education.
Based in and around Toronto, Jetstart has never shied away from travel. We proudly represent our city, province and country in places as far away as Montreal, Vancouver, San Francisco and even China.
We love to race and we show it by competing in about seven events every season. Even off the water, Jetstart members can be found running, swimming or cycling in races all year round.
